As a conclusion, grains and milk should not be used as food, but other foods could be used in their place. The elements that people could ingest may be: fish, oil, eggs, fowl, fruits, meat and tubers.

By eating any amount of the accepted foods, with some exceptions, people can feel better and be healthy. The nutritional elements found in the recommended foods can be enough and people will not feel the need to overeat. Individuals who have a normal weight and feel good do not have to try the method.

Those who need to lose weight and drink a lot of coffee without having much energy could benefit from using the diet. There are no immediate results. A period of thirty days may be necessary for people to begin to see any improvements, after starting the nutritional program.

Individuals who follow the guide to eating Paleo could begin to live a healthier life, if they feed the body with the nutrients that are normally required. In general, individuals ingest too many carbohydrates. The excess of glucose is one of the common causes of obesity. For being healthy, people have to eat fruits, nuts, vegetables, fish, sweet potatoes and other nutritional elements.
